Adv. Avani Bansal is a constitutional lawyer practising before the Supreme Court of India with extensive experience in constitutional litigation, regulatory strategy and public law.
She has argued prominent matters before the Supreme Court, including the Governor's powers in the In Re Presidential Reference case, the challenge to NEET-PG, and several other complex constitutional matters across service law, election law, writ jurisdiction, and property disputes, among others. Besides the Supreme Court, she has represented clients in labour disputes, sexual harassment and victim compensation matters before various High Courts and the National Green Tribunal.
She is the founder of Avani Bansal Chambers, has previously worked with Senior Advocate Harish Salve, and is a distinguished academic — receiving eight gold medals during her law degree before pursuing higher legal education at Oxford and Harvard.
