About the Instructors
Fidel Sebastian
Fidel Sebastian is a Labour Lawyer and former legal partner with UNHCR. He graduated from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and completed his Master’s in International Trade and Economic Law from Amity University in 2016. He has eleven years of litigation experience, largely before the High Court of Delhi, with a focus on industrial disputes and service matters, primarily representing employees and workmen. He has also worked with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) as a legal partner with the Socio-Legal Information Centre.
Chirayu Jain
Advocate Chirayu Jain has eight years of litigation experience before courts and tribunals in Delhi. He practices in diverse areas of law with a special focus on labour and employment. He represents both workers and management and has worked extensively on issues concerning building and industrial workers. He has also advised the Chhattisgarh State Government on rule-framing under the Labour Codes. He is a graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
