About your Instructor: AoR Namit Saxena

Mr. Namit Saxena, Advocate on Record, Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, is an alumnus of National Law University, Lucknow who went on to secure 2nd rank in AoR examination. Having served Hon'ble Justice Mr. Kurian Joseph as Legal Research Assistant, his eminence in academia can clearly be seen with his popular editing works like CPC by Mulla, CPC by Ratanlal & Dhirajlal, Universal's Legal GK, Sarkar's Criminal Minor Acts, CrPC by Justice C.K. Prasad. His areas of interest include Arbitration Laws, Criminal Laws and Issues pertaining to Constitutional Laws. He has also recently authored a Concise Commentary on The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, published by Lexis Nexis India.
